When it comes to a HVAC company coming to your home and helping you, it doesn’t get better than B&E! Emergency on Friday night, no AC. They worked almost all day Saturday, got the part and installed Monday. I bugged them the whole way because I wanted to learn and they sure taught me. From Saundra in the office to Stanley who diagnosed the problem to Todd working his tail off to fix it. I will always use this company in the future.

These guys were great. They removed all the old HVAC system and installed the new one with no issue. Our old system was from 1994 and really needed to be replaced. In the picture you can see the old compressor and fan assembly sitting next to the new Carrier one. The new one is way more silent and smaller but pumps out better. They re-did the exhaust and the intake from the house, installed a pump for clearing out the condensation water. All of the guys were very nice and very informative. I will be going back to them for any upkeep needed.

I paid $200 (supposedly they charge $250) for a leak test on my mini-split. Since the unit was still under manufacturer's warranty, I had to get another company to come out and perform the same test since they're an authorized dealer for that particular brand, while B&E is not. The other company charged me only $98!!!...and that included service call and the leak diagnostics. Not to mention, they came out the very same day.

I couldn't possibly put as many stars as I'd like. We bought our home in 2020, We knew we needed to have the unit upkept and were told it may have another 5 years on it. We accepted it and continued with our purchase, a year into owning and we woke up to our old unit having caught fire and found out the old owners had lived here for 14 years and never had it serviced. They just didn't know. We moved forward with a new split system and install for an amazing deal ! Best price around by far during 2021, especially for a split system. It's paid for itself in the time we've owned it. Saved us around $200 a month on the bill! They made us a priority as winter was coming in cold. They tore down and out the old unit, and installed the new within a couple hours and we're all very kind and respectful while doing so. We since have had a small leak that needed a very minor repaid, Bryce was very professional and kind and made sure to send someone out quick! They came out, and handled the simple repair very quickly and even offered to fix to bit of discoloration from the water ! They've been a great company to have work in our home, ALL of the employees who have came out each time really let you know they mean well, do a great job and they explain things so that you understand what happened and the plan to move forward for whatever needs to be handled. They have made out family feel like a priority and that's important for me, we're not a family with a ton of money who can just drop it on every repair, but their affordable and reliable and I'm glad we found them for our HVAC needs as new home owners !

I had a new unit installed over 2 years ago and have not had a problem since. When the guys came out, they were polite, professional and fast. The price was very reasonable and I have been saving money on my power bill! I have them out every year to clean my air conditioner and they are always very friendly. I highly recommend B & E Heating & Air.
