Never had a Duralast battery from this AutoZone last longer than a year, and I've had to warranty three different batteries here across multiple vehicles. Went there today to get my battery replaced for the first time in my Honda, and it was a very frustrating experience. AutoZone tested my battery and told me it was fine, and that it had to be the starter, so I went to the mechanic next door to get my starter replaced. They tested my battery again as well as my starter and alternator ($65+tax) and told me my starter and alternator were fine, and it had to be the battery. I went back to this AutoZone, they tested the battery again, and this time the battery WAS bad according to their tester. I guess it was magic that 30 minutes ago the same tester said it was good. They replaced it, and after the manager gave me some gruff for it being my third battery replacement across my vehicles ("It isn't our batteries! Several of your cars must have power-draw issues!") they told me my alternator tested bad. I went back to the mechanic next door, and they hooked me up to their biggest tester in the building, and showed me that my alternator was working fine AGAIN. The manager acted like I was crazy for paying the mechanic $65 to test my battery, starter, and alternator, and said she wouldn't have paid that, but obviously you get what you pay for. AutoZone tested my battery twice for free and both times came back with incorrect diagnoses, and has given me three bad batteries.

Bought a new battery. Guy fumbled getting it in my pickup for near 40 minutes. I finally asked him to get someone else to do it. Battery good for a year and $40 less than O'Riley's.

Place is a damn joke.. If your car breaks down in the parking lot, do yourself a favor and take an UBER to O'Reillys. Its like you give money so they can talk down to you. NOT RECOMMENDED.

4:44-So that will be actually a negative star, so their CUSTOMER SERVICE SKILLS SUCK, AND EVEN IF U HAVE THE RECEIPT,AND PAY WITH A DISPOSABLE CARD THAT WAS PURCHASED WITH MONEY THEY WILL NOT GIVE U MONEY BACK NOR WILL THEY TELL U ABOUT A STORE CREDIT, " BECAUSE THE ACTING MANGER SAID IT IS A CORPORATE RULE AND THE ONLY THING I COULD DO WAS pretty much end of with nothing, after paying 30 bucks So that itty bitty tale of nowin it will be a lie, however they lost the household money and anyone ask for a ride or where too go for Autod.4carit's Advance

Walked in. Not very friendly at all. Ms Crystal, who is the store manager, tried to get me. I needed a starter. She said it was $199. I had just called the other day to price one out and knew they had a remanufactured for $166. She wasn't going to tell me about that one though. I mentioned it and she had it in stock. Wasn't going to tell me about that one though just to make a little extra. Tell me how the store manager missed this? Needless to say. I did not buy from this place. Bad business!
