Unprofessional. Told me I had until the end of the day for payment and then had my car towed within 30 minutes of getting off the phone because Brandy was asked if we had 30 days by SC law. Said honey I know the laws too and not to speak while she’s speaking. Spitefully had car towed. Admitted to doing it after getting off the phone. Manager took up for unprofessional behavior by employee. Manager even said the employee left at 1 when I have in my call log we spoke at 1:28. The only positive is that I am done with them now. They will start calling and harassing days before loan payments are due. Maybe you’ve had good luck there but just don’t upset them because it will not be handled professionally.

Brandy Taylor and Crystal will really help you out if your in a bind. Go see them for your financial needs. They are amazing and super friendly!!
