Augusta's Best Storage

Alexis was VERY knowledgeable about everything we needed or could have wanted. Even training a new attendant our rental was seamless. We were worried with the location that it might be dirty but it was as clean as any other storage we've used. We also felt safe and our items would be secure.

Kenya was amazing today. Went the extra mile to get us out of there with our deposit. She even helped us a bit with loading! Thank you Kenya! Management: she deserves a raise! Definitely worth the trust for employees that help you out and treat you as well as Kenya did with us today!

I love this facility I remember when it was a fire department. Alexis is the best she is very dedicated to what she do. The grounds are always well maintained and the inside of the facility is always clean. I would highly recommend this storage facility.

Jennifer was super sweet! She stopped by my salon and gave us lots of information about the storage units in Aiken/Augusta. She was extremely kind and helpful. Even left a handful of pamphlets for my clients to take:)

RECAP: Alexis the Manager has gone over and beyond to not only make sure I received my refund, but also blessed me with something special for all of hassle I went through in refund process! I am thankful that she put forth all of the effort that she could to help me get this resolved, even though Accounting is the department that handles refunds but Alexis stayed on top of it.
