I bought some tiles to be exacted, checked them all was good n when I picked them up they were all broken n I was like well I can't do anything with broken tiles n they got up set because I said how they got into pieces I mean it looks like someone did it on purpose. Oh we didn't brake then then who did. Oh maybe a customer did it . Really well want my money back. Well because you blame my workers I'm only giving you 60 dollars of 130 dollars i paid Oh n he said n anyway u paid for ten, no I said I paid for 12 n here u go proof of 12 ...I was like are u kidding me...he was horrible n tried to degrade me by telling me n u have to pick up this tiles from the floor , I kept my composer. N I left so angry I got a horrible anxiety attack. I use to love this store but after that I'm good they treated me horrible

The store is hit or miss…. Depending on who is working depends on how personable the staff is. I personally think that the have some dream prices on donated items and price things for a specific clientele. I still go in but when I have to opportunity. Nonetheless, I prefer to go to the store in McCormick. Shopping there is like a visit to Grandma’s.

Good place to find building supplies, odds and ends you might need for upgrades and repairs for your home and help the community in the process. They do take monetary donations as well as the items you may discard after you upgrade your home.

Brigs is a good guy that is helpful and is very personable. I was upset because I found a bedroom set I wanted to purchase and I called the next day I didn't get an answer. Then it was Sunday. I went to the store first thing Monday morning and it was sold. GONE!!!! I guess that's why I didn't receive any call backs. The store and procedures are different. Personally I liked the old way. But with change I need to get used to it and I'm sure I will be back at some point. There was a really nice and kind woman that worked there. She's no longer there which is sad because she always gave great customer service to me.
