Do not shop here!! I was laid off my Nick the owner on New years eve. He now refuses to pay me commissions he owes me. I doesn't care about anyone but himself. He treats his family, customers and everyone like dirt. He only wants your money!

They are nice until they get your money. The owner wouldn’t even come out and talk to me. He just wanted me to spend more money in his store. I have bought several machines from here. When I have them serviced they are never fixed. I just kept giving them money. And they are not that friendly. I started going to Dunagan’s in Aiken great service and my machines were fixed!

Fun staff, great repair techs, classes, machines, and fabric and tools. A great one-stop location. I really appreciate the attention to detail on historic and antique Singers. Wouldn't take my featherweight anywhere else. Nice selection. Not the most budget friendly but you pay for the extras and if you can afford it, it's worth the spend.

One day I attempted to shop at this establishment. So I arrived at this establishment, opened the door and walked inside. I was met with a very, very unfriendly "May I help you", that was said by the person standing behind the counter, Immediately as I walked in the door of this business. I made it a point to smile and speak in a pleasant tone of voice, as I walked up a few steps more and stated that I wanted to buy something in this store. The person stated, "Well, No, You May Not", in a matter of fact kind of way and with a very rude and mean attitude. I was just devastated, as I walked out of this business.

If you want a place that actually appreciates your business go somewhere else. I have 3 Bernina’s from this store. I would buy a sewing machine from Walmart before buying another one from here.
