Augusta Marriott at the Convention Center

They have a restaurant Augustino, They have an excellent salmon plate with asparagus. I love that. The place is clean. The amenities within the buildings are wonderful. I didn't hear much of a street noise from my room. Everything was fine, minus the married couple fighting next door. They kept me up most of the night. Security stop by but I think the husband left and the woman just took it out on the room. Maybe she was throwing his stuff in the trash bin. I would suggest slow closing doors for the guest rooms and the stairwell. You can kind of hear someone walking above at times but not really noticeable. The self parkings is $7 per night. Spaces are kind of small. But they do have valet parking. As a big coffee drinker, I found that the coffee they use in the rooms has a horrible taste to it. So I bought my own coffee machine and Starbucks coffee. Their Starbucks is open up to 10:30 a.m. everyday. The location is nice. next time I'll try to get a room with elderly people next to me? Maybe they'll turn up the TV loud but at least I can get some sleep.

Great room. Awesome location. Staff was a bit limited to support the hotel. Seams like they care more about the events from corporate funding. No breakfast, and limited cleaning. Lounge only for platinum members. Charging for hotel guest to park also seams a bit excessive Augusta is not that popular of a downtown city.

My 5th year attending the JoeFest convention here, and each time the hospitality just keeps getting better! This June 2025 stay was truly outstanding. The staff genuinely seemed happy to have the convention, and it made a huge difference. I particularly want to commend Nick Young at the front desk. His friendly demeanor and ability to remember me, even among all the guests, really stood out. He genuinely cared about making guests feel comfortable and at home.

This Marriott is on the River Front. Great location for Riverwalk, downtown points of interest. Staff is super nice. Ample parking, although no big conferences were going on (this is a convention hotel) during my visit. In door and small outdoor pool. Small C lounge with minimal offerings but still pretty good.

Aaron and all front desk staff and all restaurant staff were very nice. They do their jobs and so the place is secure. The restaurant food is amazing! There is a 24 hr hot tub that is working! You do have to walk a bit if you're in a suite, but with the beautiful Riverwalk you will get those steps in. I think the shower pressure on the suite side was very good. Not sure how to mark 4.5 stars, but it's more than a 4.
