Unbelievable service on all platforms. Was told by 3 different marinas getting a new Yamaha sho was like seeing a unicorn. Well in 3 weeks David had one hanging on the back of my boat. And I was back at it! Thanks

Took my boat here twice. The 1st time pretty much gave them a blank check to fix it as it was their own. Got maybe 3 hours on the boat, same issue had to drive back out there 2 hours away. Just to get it back again and it’s still doing the same thing it was the 1st time. All they want to say is “we would like a chance to make it right” sounds to me like they want to get more money!! Not a fan. I wouldn’t recommend them…

I recently purchased a new Stingray boat from Augusta Marine. It was nicely equipped with pretty much every option I could want. I was very pleased with the level of service I got during the sale thanks to JC. There were some warranty issues with the boat that were becoming a challenge to address. I was not able to bring the boat back to Augusta Marine because of the distance I would have to tow it, but Butch in the Service Department ended up being an excellent advocate for getting several questions answered. So for getting the boat I wanted at a reasonable price and superior level service after the sale I give a well deserved five stars.
