Augusta Lock Storage

We had a great experience working with Augusta Lock storage. I needed a storage unit quickly and was in a bit of a scramble trying to find a place with climate control that was affordable. My husband stumbled upon an add for Augusta Lock storage, and I'm so glad he did. Although they didn't have the size available that I originally wanted, their prices were so affordable that I could get the next size up well under budget. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Neither my husband or I have rented a storage unit before and they were patient and answered all our questions. We didn't feel pressured to buy anything. They just seemed to like their job, and customer service. I won't move my stuff in until the end of the week, but so far I would recommend this place. Some of the best customer service I've experienced!

FAITH was AMAZING! After comparing storage facilities in the CSRA this Augusta Lock Storage was by FAR the most affordable. However, it only got better from there. Faith walked me through every step, charge and upgrade to their security systems. I received 1/2 off my 1st 2months and when I needed to upgrade to a larger unit and an inside unit my payment was transferrable to cover the changes! If you need a storage unit, feel free to use my name as a referral...I get $25 off for each referral and you will too! Can't say enough. One of the toughest months of my life AND in the middle of a pandemic and FAITH was RIGHT THERE TO HELP!

I NEVER have any problems with this storage, but i just called up there to ask a few questions and the lady(never talked to or seen before today so i think she is new) was soo rude! Than when i asked to speak to a manager she hung up on me, when i tried to call back she refused to answer! I am highly upset, and i know where i am not going to be getting a unit from!!! This does not look very good on you Augusta Lock Storage! Maybe consider hiring someone with more customer service skills!

Customer service is excellent. The area is clean and well maintenanced. April made sure that I got a new rope for my unit and sprayed for ants. I recommend Augusta Lock Storage to anyone, prices are excellet and so is the customer service.

Located in a great place! And to make it even better the owner just put in brand new security camera's! Talk about going the extra mile! I couldn't be happier with the manager that works there, very helpful with new reservations. Wal-mart prices with Nordstrom service!
