Very nice helpful folks! Went in looking for advice on what tire pressure to run on my newly acquired '06 Vulcan classic LT. Staff took the time to look it up for me as a reference point. Every one under the sun has an option about tire pressure, really don't know who to believe.They gave me Kawasaki 's recommended amount so I'll dial it in from there. Thank you!!!

Excellent service.... Knowledgeable and efficient. I called on the phone, and we agreed on the price. I put a deposit down and drove up the next week to pick it up. They had the bike on a charger, was fueling her up and ensuring all bolts were torqued to specs when i arrived....In my excitement to load the bike and get her home I left the parts to de flag the hand guards, I realized this over a week later, while outfitting the bike for a trip. My salesperson Brook is amazing. I called and told her I was leaving to the hatfield mccoy trails in Virginia in 3 days. Without a 2nd thought, she not only located the parts, but she had them overnight delivered to my doorstep here in savannah, ga! I'll take the drive to Augusta instead of the 30-minute run to my local ktm for future bikes!!

Folks - if you want a great deal and the best buying experience, get yourself to Augusta Kawasaki Suzuki! We purchased my son his 2019 KTM 350 XCF here in June 2019 and it was the best buying experience. We got to watch the bike come out of the crate and be put together. The sales staff and techs were top notch. They let my son come into the shop to watch and listen to the first time the bike was fired up. What an amazing group of friendly awesome people!! I would HIGHLY recommend them to anyone! Oh - and the KTM 350 - just wow. What an amazing dirt bike.

This place is great if you want to get a motorcycle or ATV locally and don't want to spend location costs online. They have excellent customer support and staff that will help and give advice. It's a very cleanly store with a sizeable collection of new and used vehicles by Suzuki and Kawasaki. Unfortunately they do not offer test rides but do allow you to test-fit on the vehicles, offering a perspective of size and comfortability.
