I was not pleased with this facility my mom was only to be there for rehab rehab rehabilitation and I wasnโt not happy. I went there in the room. My mom was wet with the clothes that I had put on her the day before. Sheโs never got a bath. My mom was up Moving about in the bathroom on her own and they fed her purรฉe breakfast and I asked him not to feed her that because she eats a regular diet. She has all of her teeth to please feed her a regular meal. My mom had Parray food it was cold and I have pictures. I am not happy with the facility

Some of the employees here are good but not many. My mom lived there and I lived far away. The only time this facility contacted me was when they wanted money or permission for a shot of some kind. I asked numerous times for someone to help my mom call me. Voicemails left and never answered. Do not leave your loved one at the facility by doctors hospital, especially if you live far away. When I picked up her belongings after her death not one person spoke to me and gave condolences. The maintenance man was the only person who was nice. They lost her w/c and then told me she never had one, when I brought it in myself and labeled it. I hope that this review will help the next person who is admitted to their care. Please take better care of your residents and their families. You can do better.

I was treated badly there and have case filed against them with the state .Lpn Laura Johnson was horrible and delayed my medicine 3 hours and 45 minutes one night and 2 hours and 45 minutes the next morning, she was abusive and should not work with patients. I had to request one of the nurses aides to not be assigned to work with me anymore be cause she lied to me over and over about requesting my medicine, I finally caught her at it because she claimed she told the nurse and then my daughter and grand daughter came to visit and I asked her to check with the nurse if she relayed my message and she had lied to me and didn't. I had to check out early they only had 2 aides working at night with 60 people on a wing .They left me in feces for 6 hours the night I finally had it when they delayed my medicine so long and left me with feces 6 hours!!! Lucky I had achieved in physical therapy a week early and was able to leave. Most of the time in the day was good but they were understaffed at night and always made you wait for medicine and service, they put worst employees at night and about half the nights you got the substandard treatment.

I would not recommend the nursing home/long term care side. High employee turnover, they have two many patients to employee ratio. You have to constantly remind them of things that should be consistently done. Our family member deteriorated pretty quickly due to something that could have been prevented. Luckily she is doing better and is in a facility that is staffed accordingly. If this place could get some accountability and leadership that will help them tremendously. Take your family somewhere else if you love them.
