Augusta Best Inn

Manager extremely rude. Refusing to rent a room longer than two days because of "Masters". They came in to work on air conditioner while I was in the room. They charged a extra fee once I got to the front desk. There was no remote in the room. Roaches and bugs. Was told they sold the last smoking room and I needed to pay a extra $30. Then turned around and sold me a smoking room for $11 extra dollars. Sad situation.

Would be good, but I really had to kill Roaches Electrical and tv need to be updated Same with the Light . Scructions And It was supposed to cost 43, but it cost me 70.

Very nice clean rooms great front desk manager i would recommend other friends and family to come stay at this hotel💯

It was updated the AC was amazing!!! The bed was comfortable. The bathroom was basic but clean they provide you with shampoo and soap if you need it. It's right off Washington road. Across the street is circle k they also do not allow pets and they do have non smoking and smoking rooms as well. There are plenty of food places around for you to pick and enjoy.

Didn’t even need to book. Saw everything i needed to know from lobby. The door was locked so I rang the bell & just as i started to think it might be an ok hotel, a roach came straggling across the lobby floor. Needless to say we did NOT book
