Would not recommend this practice to anyone. The staff is incompetent especially Caroline who cannot seem to do anything she states she will do or do correctly. Told insurance covers medications the policy does not cover under any circumstances like I stated on first visit after calling our two different insurance policies (husband was a patient too). Was falsely reassured the nurse practitioner she can get stuff approved with a preauthorization. Always blames others for their incompetence- phone service, laboratory, billing company, medical and prescription insurance company, pharmacy, fax machines, etc. Have an incorrect diagnose in my chart as well- that could have lethal implications. Refused to send my medication to my local pharmacy stating it had to be filled in GA- yet was sent there the first time and the next time sent to their pharmacy in North Augusta which is SC not GA). Refused to send the sleep study to the hospital I work at- only would send it to a company that wants the patient to pay cash and whose accuracy is questioned. Thyroid was run into the ground by changing me to a non FDA approved medication, worst labs in over 20 years. Came in to feel better. Instead wasted a ton of time, money, wrecked my health, and now have inaccurate stuff in an electronic medical record. Office does not even know that the term doctor and nurse are legally earned titles (both staff and nurse practitioners use these terms illegally). The medical assistants are illegally called nurses and the nurse practitioners doctors- one is a doctor of nursing practice. Board and insurance companies really need to investigate this office. Seemed to be more worried I was buying Zepbound from Lilly instead of their compounded non FDA approved medication. I refused to continue buying their nearly expired, already opened (sterile seal broken), and short filled vials (missing medication). I'm not going to get into a long drawn out opinion of this business so in short I will say I have never gotten a call back from them although I have left many messages. I do not trust the billing or documentation. The red flag was trying to get a person on the phone just to make a new patient appt and never could get anyone to answer or a call back. I should have known better. I have worked in the medical office/clinic/hospital setting all my adult life and I know it can be very hectic at times BUT, you have to be organized! Excuses won't get the job done nor make happy patients/customers!

I was sent a questionable bill for services rendered on 10/31/2024 about a week ago. I always pay for all services at check out and have been seen on two other occasions since this visit, no mention of any previous bill or outstanding balance. This bill has no explanation of services and I have called and requested a call back from the billing dept on 4 occasions. NOTHING! Also, I have requested a call back from Tojino on 3 different occasions since my surgery and again, NOTHING. I will be looking for my medical care some where else.

Dr. Samantha Tojino has helped me with a follow up to an issue we could conquer the first time around. Feel so much better now. Front desk staff is always friendly and professional. Quick to get you to lab or Dr. Tojino. Will refer others; great practice!

If I could give this place zero stars I would. It has nothing to do with the doctor and everything to do with the unprofessional nepotism filled staff. Very unprofessional. I scheduled my appointment called back to verify the time and there is no appointment. That wasn't the kicker they told me they could see me in 3 months. Error on the front desk staff's part and that was the best you didn't attempt to do. Lied that doctor couldn't step out to talk to me when in they told her not to come speak to me. Front desk staff are a patients first introduction to a company/practice. Let's just say they should pay for better employees because the current front desk staff is subpar.
