My clients and I closed our listing recently at this locally owned lawyers office. Upon walking in we were greeted immediately and offered snacks, coffee or water while we waited. The atmosphere was calm, open aired due to all the windows, welcoming, elegant and spacious. Once we were seated at the table to begin signing of the paperwork to close on my clients listing, things went smoothly. The lawyer was brief but also informative if any of the clients had questions.
