ATI Restoration

This business is run absolutely awful!!! They came out in October to give me an estimate never heard from them. After calling for 2 months with no response I found someone else. When they went to do the work the damage was alot worse!!! So I will NEVER recommend them and I have already been.in touch with my insurance company about them since they sent.them!!!

We had discovered a leak, originating from an upstairs bathroom, that caused damage to our living room ceiling. Once the insurance process was started, Ashley and her team arrived (on time) and immediately began assessing the situation. The process was thoroughly explained before any work was started. Her team was extremely professional and took great care in ensuring any mess generated from them was cleaned. I would highly recommend their services.

They came in the evening that the incident occurred, moved quickly taking out the carpet that was damaged and setup blowers and dehydrators immediately. They were all so nice and kept checking in every day to take readings and remove the equipment as soon as it was dry so they could begin repair. I would definitely use this company again (although I hope I don't have to!).

A tree branch fell on my roof and I called ATI letting them know that my insurance may not cover this and that I would be possibly paying out of pocket for this expense. They came out to do a tarp job. Literally one tarp and sand bags to hold the tarp in place. The hole was maybe the size of one tile. Sure enough because my deductible was over the amount for the repair, insurance did not cover it. They charged me $400 for one tarp and sand bags. I told Denise I would not be using insurance to pay this cost that I would be paying out of pocket and she insisted that that is what insurance fee is. However I repeatedly told her I am not using insurance to pay this cost. This was a rip off and I will not even consider using them for further repairs.

ATI Restoration worked quickly and efficiently responding to water damage that occurred in our primary residence after a large leak. Ashley was a pleasure to work with - professional, prompt, and patient while she entertained all of our questions. We couldn't have asked for a more pleasant experience despite the circumstances that led to requiring their water removal services.
