ATAX - Maple Station, GA

I'm a little frustrated at the moment. I needed my fingerprints done for a federal contract. I booked this reservation days ago. I rearranged my family vacation out of state to ensure I was readily available. The morning of my scheduled appointment I received an alert indicating my appointment had been cancelled. No call, no apology, just a late night email stating my appointment was cancelled. I got an email after hours, after 10 pm stating my appointment was cancelled. I login to the system to coordinate another appointment, I know have to wait another week, regardless of the location. Not cool or okay. I understand things happen but a courtesy call the day prior would of been appreciated. My staff and I were all scheduled today, and it appears all of our appointments were cancelled.

I keep calling so that I can have some questions answered and they never pick up the phone. Please don’t keep people’s w2s cause you don’t want them to go else where. I had no plans to do that until that happened.

Had an appointment for 10 am but the doors were locked when I got there. Their hours say they open at 9 am, so I stood out in the rain for about 15 minutes, but it wasn’t a big deal. Then a Hispanic lady, which I’m assuming is the owner, unlock the door and instead of opening the door for me to come in and she kept the door closed. I proceeded to walk in and tell her that I was there for fingerprints and then she told me “okay, i see you standing there, I’ll be with you one moment.”I told her I know that you see me and what does that mean? So then she tried to save face because she knew she came at me with the wrong energy and started doing all this extra unnecessary talking. I’d rather spend the gas and go get my fingerprints done in south Augusta.
