ASP - America's Swimming Pool Company of Augusta

Hired this company around March of 2022. Originally had great service, however they broke our vacuum within a few weeks and while I would accept a repair, I have been told the parts are still on backorder. They refuse to replace the vacuum. They don't return calls if it is about a complaint. The overall service has gone down since we started asking for a replacement. The salesman over promises the level of services to expect. The pool constantly has algee growth. Overall terrible experience.

Terrance did spectacular!!! The crew was great!! Very reliable!! The seams are seamless on my new pool liner!!! I highly recommend this company!!!

Consumer beware!!! They do not know how to work pool equipment, they show up with broken equipment as well. They do not carry their own self vacuuming vacuums and will use a very cheap vacuum that you purchase at Walmart and connect to your filter! They will break your equipment as they don’t ask you for knowledge on how to work your equipment prior to touching it! They will just show up and break things! Their maintenance people are uneducated on the profession, they will literally lie to your face. In our situation the maintenance tech couldn’t turn our pump on and said that the breaker was blown. Check pictures, the breaker is literally inches from the filter switch!! However, it was not blown as I checked exactly 18 minutes after this man left. So they show up they next day where they can’t figure out how to get our filter to work and say there’s a suction issue and this is the same as the previous tech had (fat lie, as the previous tech stated in his overview that he couldn’t even figure out how to turn our system on). I told him directly to his face that that is not true as we were literally told the previous tech couldn’t even turn it on. Then they will lie to the owner or manager upon completion, as who would want to be caught in a lie and return to that same house? They literally can’t even find two power boxes that were emailed in a previous email! They are just trying to make a dollar off of you, as they will not even refund for their absolute POOR service (or non service at all!!! Is what this actually is) check their own pdf.. they literally are like, sorry my brush was broke, too bad you won’t even get that service.. lol!! Runnnnnnnn also, as we learned, there are ample techs out there so don’t go choosing one that is just big named, huge mistake on our end. Poor service, poor customer service.. bad bad bad

In the past two years, I have had ASP install a liner, three phase pump, sump pump and a heat pump. Two weeks ago in preparation for the Memorial Day Weekend opening of my pool I checked the heat pump, would not start up. Called ASP, said they would be out early the following week to check it out. NO SHOW even after calling them again. Poor after the sell service.

We have loved using ASP for our pool maintenance. They have always been helpful, knowledgeable and thorough in keeping our pool well maintained and very clean. Donovan has been our service guy for the past several months and he has been doing a wonderful job. He's also very friendly and helpful. Thanks so much for all you have done for us!!
