I don’t usually leave reviews, but my boyfriend’s family had an unacceptable experience with their vet regarding his sister and their dog, Pepper. After two days of trying to get a prescription filled and multiple calls without any response, his sister, who is always calm and respectful, had to raise her voice for attention while Pepper was suffering. The worst part was when my boyfriend visited the office and overheard the staff gossiping about his sister instead of addressing their lack of communication. This shows a complete disregard for the people seeking help for their pets. Pets are family, and the care and communication from this clinic were seriously lacking. If a vet can’t even manage to return phone calls and instead choose to insult clients, it reflects poorly on their professionalism. We will be finding a new vet who treats both animals and their families with the respect and urgency they deserve.

I love the Ark . My babies go there and they love it. Very friendly staff. Julie is a wonderful person and Staci is good to my babies. I have peace when my babies board there. All of the staff is wonderful.

Been bringing my dogs here for five years now and they are Amazing and very professional. They really care about the animals and do AMAZING!!

Dr. Jones and his staff are super professional. They enjoy their job and realize that they deal with the well being of the animal as well of the owner of the pet. I am very grateful that, after many years of visiting different vets (for a few years, we even drove all the way to Charleston seeking good, compassionate vet care), we finally found Dr. Jones.
