Archer Green Apartments

I HATE IT, DONT MOVE HERE! I’ve only been here a few months, and I’m already looking to leave. There’s people who hang outside late at night just hollering with no consideration for others. The trash situation is also frustrating; instead of putting it in the dumpster, people just leave it sitting on the side. There's also kids riding bikes in the streets without watching for cars, which makes driving through the neighborhood stressful. It’s been a disappointing experience overall.

I really wanna enjoy my apartment but I only been here almost 3 months and I’m ready to go these apartments are too beautiful for the people they let in here destroy them, upstairs neighbors are blatantly disrespectful they stomp around and let their kids/grandkids run around without a care in the world , like i understand apartment living you may hear noise I don’t care about regular noise or walking or talking i understand that but the running and stomping sounding like you are about to come through my ceiling is unacceptable!!! People smoking weed in their Units and it spread to yours and hard to get the smell out I have a baby and cannot and will not have that !!! People just let their kids roam free outside and don’t watch them , they are trashing the community by just littering and let’s not talk about the trash area it’s always nasty people just leave trash out on the ground and it’s rats by the trash ! It stinks out here because people don’t take care of the community or where they lay their head at , people are inconsiderate of others and if management doesn’t want this place to crumble like the rest they need to get a grip and start cracking down with these violations because this is going to run the good tenants away and this will be another “hood” in DISGUSTA!!

I call yesterday to check on my application she told me that she was going to call me back never did I put in last year back in Dec they was like did you do all the paperwork yes I did we will call you back give you the run around to much for me smh

I’ve been searching for a new place to call home for my son and I without the roaches and bad area for an affordable price cant waiting for my approval fingers crossed 🤞got approved!…Cody is the best!!!

The caucasian lady and Cody are extremely rude!
