I was told in drive thru on speaker I had to come in (they were able to tell me to come through but could not take an order...uh, ok) so I did. No drive thru customers and no one in the restaurant and they promised to have the food right out (which was good since I was doing a grandkid pickup from school). 15 min later no food, no sign of food, I was told there was food...more wait, no luck. Had to ask for refund and rush out. They were not the least bit sorry, just gave me attitude because I got tired of waiting. Sorry, but your food is not THAT good. Thanks for less than nothing

Rude and unprofessional I get to the window one woman says go ahead I said just a minute please then another woman comes over and it’s the same exact thing well I begin to start ordering she interrupts me multiple times with the most bitchy tone I have to repeat my whole order three times and she still doesn’t have it i literally just drove off. Tell me how mcduffie county has better service than Columbia county this is absolutely ridiculous nothing but TRASH

Arby's is not just for eating anymore! They also provide the materials & supplies to make yourself a new pair of shoes. Super Thick sliced rubber beef (50,000 mile warranty), decent tread pattern, & various plastics are now included in every sandwich!! I was able to make 4 pairs but unfortunately, I probably won't ever be returning to this location.

Placed my order and the guy at the widow was very nice. He asked me to pull up while they made my food. I only waited a couple of minutes and hoped that the meal would be fresh, but unfortunately, my fries and sandwich looked as though it had sat at all day. Fries were cold, my roast beef sandwich had old meat and the cheese literally pulled like slime instead hot cheese. The meat also had some grayish white spots on it, so I threw the entire meal away…

Sooo how is the damn shake machine being cleaned 4hrs b4 closing time!! This location is goin under and I know who to call and I'm reporting this location as much as I need to cause that's bullshitttt, I'm highly upset.. this location has done nothin but a problem
