The fish sandwich is very blah. The chocolate mint Andes shake is too sweet and artificial tasting. We're thrilled the potato cakes are back, which is why we'll start going back to Arby's. We quit going when they stopped selling the potato cakes. The cashier didn't speak or look at us. The jamocha shake was vanilla. Hubby exchanged it but the new shake was still vanilla which means someone put the wrong shake in the machine.

I ordered a roast beef sandwich at the drive-through and it took them 15 minutes to get my order so I went inside where I found the manager watching videos on her cell phone while my food was actually sitting in the drive-through window! Won’t be going back there again

Got up to the window at 10 o’clock. They acted like they did not want to be here. The cashier at the drive-through window stayed on her phone for a few minutes before finally opening the window and was on her phone the whole time food tasted like it’s been sitting there for a while Just all around bad experience.

In and out less than 5 minutes during lunch rush! No issues at all! Half pound beef and cheese extra messy just like it should be!

Food was hot, fresh, and got it super fast. Staff was super nice. I was going to make an online order while my family ordered in store so I could use a coupon. They let me know it would come out way after my family's and honored my coupon at the register so it would come out together. I got a French dip which was delicious and it made my family want some dip so they went to buy some and they just gave them 2 cups for free.
