Applebee's Grill + Bar

One of the worst restaurant experiences that I have had in a long time. I was very disappointed with my first experience at this Applebee's location. I ordered curbside pickup through the app and received the confirmation, but when I arrived, I had to go inside because the app wouldn't let me check in. When I went inside to pick up my order, the waitress told me that she needed to go to the back to check with the person in charge of online orders. The app said that my order would be ready at 8:22PM. Although I provided the email confirmation with the order number, they still struggled to find it. I sat patiently until almost 9PM and my order was still not ready. I work in customer service where being speedy is very important, so I understand that that businesses get overwhelmed, especially on weekends; but communicating with the customer when things are not going smoothly is even more important. I was basically ignored until I requested to speak to a manager. When the manager finally came out, I was asked what I ordered. I told the manager that I ordered chicken and sausage pasta. The manager said "Oh yeah, pastas take a long time." This really made me skeptical because the entree item that I ordered takes the Evans location 10 minutes to have ready. This was definitely a cop-out for the manager to even insult my intelligence. When the order finally came out, I went to my car and something told me "Check your order." Guess what??…The order was completely wrong! At this time, I was so outdone and I demanded my money back and ordered online from the Evans location. My order was ready in 10 minutes at the Evans location. I have always ordered from the Evans location, but for some reason I decided to order from the location on Washington Road because it was closer. Never again! Just an awful customer service experience!

We ordered in and first off my husband's burger came with fries and we ordered onion rings. The spinach dip came with a layer of cheese that couldn’t be broken up. It was decent but not the best. However, the chicken that was Louisiana style was great!

We went for Dinner for the 1st time at this location and got the 2 for $25.00 special . My husband got the Honey chicken skillet , and I got the 6oz garlic steak , and we both got a house salad. Both our meals were very good ( flavor,moist meat, hot ) We couldn't have asked for a better meal that day. Also the waitress was very nice and also helpful with the CC machine. 👍👍

Even though it may have been a 30 minute wait the service was good our waitress was wonderful her name was Mo and she did an exact job

wheelchair friendly. Bar unable to make "bloody mary". Background music annoying. Pasta order very small; Order 2 to satisfy my companion. Good 'French' onion soup. House salad terrible. Breadsticks good but expensive. Server never attended our table, stayed behind bar (ie: had to go to bar to get iced tea refill...). Very expensive! Will not return.
