Applebee's Grill + Bar

The food is amazing and the atmosphere is very family but fun friendly. Everyone is really friendly but service could be a little more attentive, but they I notice have new trainers and one in particular is a new server, she went from a hostess to a waitress and quickly picked up on her customer service experience and skills. She is a very beautiful spirited young lady, very family friendly and is very attentive to your needs she provides excellent service. I believe if you go in and request her to be your server you will experience a new real modern day customer service of your life. Id definitely go back and I believe her name was Cheyenne but she is AMAZING. She definitely got that $20 Tip from me and she was only hosting at the time so you could imagine how her service as a waitress is. But Applebee's on Whiskey Rd in Aiken SC is definitely a 4 star.

Me and my family had diner here and the service was great. Our waitress was so sweet. However I didn't enjoy the food whatsoever. The kids mac and cheese tasted fresh out the box and wasn't stirred all the way. My son eats everything and he was spitting it out. My husband didn't like his food either said it was watery. I didn't enjoy mine either. I probably will never eat here again.

Worst experience ever. Not only did I call the manager over for a brief conversation about her workers. She decided it was a good time to put me in my place and suggested that I don't record or take photos of her workers. I didn't do either one of these, but I should have, just for your information. But what I did do was take a mental note of how I was treated while I was here. Note to self bartender, who I only asked if I could get an extra sauce told me that I should wait for my server and not depend on her. Kind of. Anyway, it was just an unpleasant experience, to say the least. It's truly sad to watch our world go this way. At the end of the day, it's good to be home, I guess...

This is a fairly decent sized restaurant. I went on a Monday evening entered the restaurant on a Monday around 8:00 p.m. the restaurant wasn't even 1/4 full yet the service was extremely slow. Other than that, great place to eat. The food was well prepared and made according to my specifications. which I really appreciate. The food came served very hot and I could tell that it had not been reheated. Yet came to me served as soon as it was ready. Overall it was a great dining experience

We was here during the aftermath from Hurricane Helene and all I can say the service was top notch. There was a skinny guy running around so polite and super friendly, sorry didn't catch your name. Thanks again we enjoyed our two meals here very much!
