Took my two 20 yr old bikes to get a complete overhaul as I didn’t feel safe riding them. The customer service was great! The young lady (I didn’t catch her name) had extreme knowledge and very thorough on telling me what needed to be done to the bikes. I appreciated her explaining all that needed to be done to get the bikes in top shape. When I picked up the bikes the gentleman was very nice and even took the bikes outside for me and offered to put them on the bike racks. I love this place and love that it is family owned. Our bikes are in the best shape now and feel safe riding them. Thank you Andy Jordon’s bike shop!!

Purchased a bike for my wife today. This is the second bike I've purchased from this shop, the first being in 2018. I really appreciate Jim and Drew for making sure her bike was set up right and helping to explain things. Buying the bike online was easy and Celia (I'm pretty sure) was very polite over the phone when I called to see if we could pick it up. We took it for it's first ride on the Augusta canal single track and it performed exactly as it should.

My bike gears weren't working properly, went to Andy's to get it fixed was expecting to have to leave it and not get it back for weeks and it being expensive. The tech took my bike right away and started assessing on the spot, turned out the gear just need to be cleaned, it cost me $17 and I was only waiting 15 min before I got the bike back working great. They could have taken the bike and told me I needed new parts but were honest, professional, and quick about it. I found my new place to take all of my bikes and would recommend to everyone!

Long time customer here. I have purchased four bikes from Andy Jordan's. One for my wife. Two Trance mountain bikes and a Defy road bike myself. Drew and his staff are always helpful and knowledgeable. My most recent purchase was my second Trance. Drew spent over an hour going over my new bike, making sure it was setup right and making sure I knew about all the features on the bike. Highly recommend AJBW!
