Called to get a quote, told the girl that answered exactly what I needed a Monogram on, she told me they would be 12.50 a piece. I get there to drop my items off, I am then told they are 20 dollars a piece. I figured I'm already there so may as well pay the extra. I ask when they will be done, I am told at the earliest that Thursday, which was a week, to the latest the following Monday, which would be 11 days. The Monday comes and goes and I never heard anything. I call the next day inquiring about my order and I am told it would be that Thursday, which puts me waiting 14 days, because they got a hat order that pushed my order back. So my order apparently isn't important enough. I wait til Thursday and call to see if I can pick up, I am then told it won't be until Monday, which now puts me at 18 days waiting. I would never go back and never recommend this company. When I called they act like they don't care and even get an attitude with the customer.
