Americas Best Value Inn Augusta South

The woman in room 103 was very loud and fighting and on drugs. This was 2/19/2025. I couldn't get no sleep because she had people in and out the room all night. Please be more selective of who y'all allow to stay there. I tried calling management they wouldn't pick up phone.

The floor in my room left my feet completely black. After I walked barefoot for less than a minute after my shower, I looked down and the my soles were jet black. I had to shower again. Really really disgusting

This is a place I would not stay. I didn't stay here but a friend of mine was. I was invited in and the first thing I saw was a roach. It got worse from there. Walls was dirty, spider in bathroom and I saw more roaches, bed uncomfortable, I had to fix the toilet so it would flush and the front desk person was just horrible in my opinion. Bad customer service skills. Never have to worry about me every booking a room there. Seem to me like a lot more money went into security cameras verses the rooms.

Clerk at the station was EXTREMELY disrespectful and rude. Attempted to purchase a room and was immediately accused of trying to sneak multiple people in the room. (Only me and significant other were present/Lyft was waiting outside for check in). When attempting to explain situation was continuously cut off and accused of lying/ trying to sneak people in until clerk walked away from booth leaving us unattended. Left immediately after due to poor treatment to locate a different motel with better service. Very poor customer service WOULD NOT RECOMMEND.

Called to ask about service dog protocol. The dude was like 20 dollar. I said thank you have a blessed day and the phone just goes click. He didn’t seem very friendly nor very welcoming.
