The city inspectors got all over me for not having a tall enough fence around our pool. American Exteriors removed the old fence and installed a beautiful black aluminum fence in record time! They were awesome and it looks great!

Great experience with American Exteriors! Affordable prices and quick service. They scheduled a time to come out and put up the fence in a week and on the day scheduled took less than a day to install. Would recommend!

I contacted them and he said he would come out the next day to do the quote so we could get our fence fixed from the hurricane. He said he would text before coming and haven't heard from him since then. Never showed up, never texted, never responded to my follow up text (their voicemail says to text). I understand there are a lot of fences needing repair since the hurricane and can understand if he wasn't able to come the next day, but just not showing up and not having any communication is incredibly unprofessional.

For the past two weeks, we have been told they would come to repair our fence that was damaged due to the hurricane. When they didn't show, they didn't call or reach out to inform us of a new time. Each time they no showed, my husband had to contact them. They said they were coming today but did not show or contact us to say they couldn't come. They said they came by the home once, and we weren't home. My husband and I both work for home. Both of our office windows face the front of the house. We even have cameras on the house. No one came by. When we first had them install the fence, they come out and did a great job. Maybe it was because we paid a substantial amount of money for the initial installation. I understand there has been a lot of damage in our city. However, I don't understand the unprofessional behavior of simply leaving clients hanging. I'm highly disappointed.
