I have had 3 Aides. My current Aide (Akima(6 is the best and she is helpful, caring and is trust worthy. I enjoy her. Sorry for all of you who has had a bad experience. I am lucky to have her.

I absolutely love the entire staff team that care for my Brother. They made the entire process easy. Even though it was his first placement and I had a million questions and worries they gave me the reassurance I needed and even better, they followed up on those requirements with the consummate professionalism and the care they give my brother keeps us both happy. I'm will be forever grateful to All Ways, for helping us up find a solution that feels like home and restored his hope.

If I could give zero stars, I would. This is the most unprofessional company that I've ever encountered. The people they hire are a complete joke. They can't show up on time or don't show up at all. . They only know how to use a phone when they sit on the sofa and watch TV. Very poor communication from the caregivers and the management. DO NOT hire this company. I can not stress this enough. This All Ways Caring / Rescare should be shut down! HORRIBLE !!!!!!!

Horrible company, care-givers and office staff are very unprofessional. None of the care-givers call if they're unable to make it. You have to constantly call the office and basically do their job for them to ask if anyone is showing up today; it's a constant guessing game of whether or not someone actually shows up and does their job. Absolutely terrible company.

If you plan to use this company don't bother making any plans. These people don't even deserve 1 star. They never show up. The employees constantly call off and the company doesn't even bother to get a fill in. If you are supposed to get care 3 times a week or for 12 hours a week you'll be lucky to get 1 visit and they won't be on time. This company doesn't care about you or your family or your time. If you are able, take your business elsewhere. The management and staff are equally pathetic and none of them could care less.
