I appreciate this place so much on so many levels. Knowledgeable and helpful staff, wide selection of feed and supplies, drive through warehouse to load feed/hay and excellent delivery options! Open 7 days per week too!

RUDE staff , especially when you are spending a few hundred at a time at least. Girls too worried about chatting and being on their phones at checkout. Went in with my daughter, excited to visit as it was our first time since we are not from here but show here a lot. Not one person could be bothered to say hello, to speak or be kind at checkout. When a 12yo tells you that was a weird and painful experience then you know something’s off. Won’t be back ever.

What a great Equine saddlery, we found exactly what we needed. The associates were helpful and kind, we will be sure to come back. The associates answered our questions and guided us in our purchases. We will recommend Aiken Saddlery to our friends and family. Our horses name is Elvis, Tennessee walker.

Was told I could see their ( saddle expert ) i arrived & they were not there at the time. I was told to come back , I did so & still ended up hanging around for about an hour waiting on this woman. The lady who saw me prior to the saddle expert was actually as helpful as she could be. She just had no real knowledge. So anyways the ( expert ) shows up after I've invested some time into this endeavor all to be very short with me & not offer any real help or solutions.

Found what we needed. Kids riding sun protection shirt. Sun hats and bales of hay. Oh and treats for the ponies.
