Dr. Matthew and Christine have been far out my good Drs, but the front desk is a problem, I've called three days ago for them to contact me and they still haven't. I'm currently having major depression issues and they just keep me ringing or ignore my call. I'm having mental breakdowns daily and trying to get an earlier appointment, but no one at the front desk seems to care

Dr. Steiner is good. But he's slowly starting to show less attention and making decisions that don't seem right. Was going every six months as for the last 15 years. Now he wants to change it to every month. Stupid. Then he starts talking about adjusting my meds because he dont think is good for me. It hasn't bothered me in the 25 years I've taken it. Why start changing now. Time to start looking for another doctor.

I’ve been trying for days to get a hold of someone to schedule an appointment and I have left multiple messages no answer no return calls. This is ridiculous!

Hollingsworth and Amy is by far my favorites. Yes favorites. They go beyond and make sure I’m comfortable and happy leaving the office. Those ladies deserve all the stars in the world. I believe in a great doctor and great customer service.

I am at a loss for words with all of these bad reviews. I whole heartily believe if you have a mental illness no matter what the case may be that this office would be more than happy to assist you in anyway possible. First hand I know they go above and beyond to assure my stability. I have been seeing Dr Steiner for over 10 years. I love him and his staff. They are always there for me when I need that extra little help. Dr Steiner has always been so attentive and aware of my different disabilities and has always done everything he could to make sure I am always in a well stable state of mind. Wish I could give him and his staff more than 5 stars. I appreciate al of the staff for going that extra mile to take care of me. Thank you Dr Steiner. Amy Felicia Nancy and Rena
