I had the most amazing experience here from start to finish. Initially when I was making my appointment, the staff members I was talking to were so nice. Then when my appointment came, everyone I spoke with was so helpful. I also can't say enough good things about Dr Lori! She was SO kind and attentive and seemed to genuinely want to help me. I am grateful to have found this office!

Dr. Lori is a community treasure! Recently, my husband needed new computer glasses, and in a timely manner. She examined his eyes and was so thorough that he left with the perfect prescription. The staff was wonderful in assisting us. His new glasses, although a complicated prescription, arrived speedily, and he has been thrilled with his glasses ever since.

My husband and I both went there for the first time. It was a wonderful experience. The front desk was friendly and competent. My husband got glasses and we are very excited and the doctor told us about a coating to put on that might really help him. The doctor was wonderful. She took her time and explained everything to us. I learned so much and felt like I had a great understanding of both of our eyes. She did tests and used equipment I have never seen before. Top of the line everything. I highly recommend this practice. We are so pleased.

Dr. Lori is the absolute BEST! Her care, compassion, professionalism, thoroughness, and genuine passion for her clients, patients, staff, and community is second to none. I constantly recommend her to people because she has been an incredible addition to my healthcare. I am so happy she chose Aiken for her practice! We are lucky to have her.

If you need a new eye doctor look no further. You will be greeted with a warm smile by the wonderful staff and feel comfortable in the clean, beautifully decorated waiting room. Dr. Lori will lead you back and ease all your concerns with her amazing personality and knowledge. I never had a doctor spend so much quality time with me. I am thankful for Aiken Eye Care and cannot recommended Dr. Lori and her team enough!!! 10/10
