Aiken Antiques & Uniques

Visited on a weekday, and the one employee had her head in her phone the entire time. Never acknowledged me or spoke a word to me or the other 2 or 3 browsers. I decided this location didn't want or need my business.

The place has a decent selection of estate items etc. The young guy that’s works there with the glasses is very off putting and not very nice. I witnessed him getting extremely upset with a custom just because they changed their minds when the customer realized the item wasn’t on sale. I won’t be back if he is in there.

Amazing store with tons of Antiques and keep sakes, friendly staff!! and Great prices we bought 2 charming end tables (just what I was looking for) 2 matching lamps so darling, and a trunk which I'm using for a coffee table. we couldn't be happier!! went looking for a couple things found them and more!! Great Business

It was a lovely, well-organized space. The items had a nice variety, and I even spotted what I was searching for, which is rare. However, I noticed when I entered that the two ladies attending the store saw but did not acknowledge me. Because the store was so quiet, I also noticed that they both enthusiastically welcomed the next (and only other) customer, and one attended to her directly. Meanwhile, I wandered through the store, and almost missed what I was looking for. Luckily my short companion was at eye level with it. I'll leave you to draw your own conclusions about what sort of establishment they're running. I did not make any purchases, as I felt quite unwelcome. Very disappointed, because as I stated before, it's very rare that I find what I'm looking for.

What a great find. Wandering out of Southside Food Lion came across this shop. Owner, Mary Taylor, was great explaining her concept & some of the interesting pieces there. Some old, some vintage & some cool redone pieces. Prices were amazingly affordable. Telling my friends & will be checking back soon.
