This is the absolute worse place to work for not only in the area but in the country. HR doesn’t help with anything, supervisors treat you like an animal. I was an efo and I had an issue with my trainer I followed protocol to address the problem and ended up fired for saying my trainer is giving me an attitude all because she has seniority also a long horrible smells there bathroom are so nasty I'd rather get a UTI and die then use them.If I could give them zero stars I would you get overworked and forced to deal with adults who won't respect you.

HR doesn’t help with anything, supervisors treat you like an animal, and you’re not getting paid nearly enough for the work. I was in frames and I’ll tell you they are great at recruiting. They’ll hire a hamster if it can do the work. This place is nothing but a revolving door. People come and go and they never last. Only people that have lasted are people that have been there so long it’s just routine at this point. The amount of physical labor is ridiculous and they don’t care about you as a persons only about your production rates. I made rate, got qualified, but the amount of work got old quick. They will fire you faster than they hired you with no remorse. My best decision wasn’t applying there it was quitting. God bless the poor souls still wasting their life’s away in that place

Really great people working in the office.,fast loading &unloading.Truckers pls don't go to the main building. Recieving in the back side of the main building.

exhaust of very questionable fumes-exhaust- sulfer smell late at night, smells like a sewer with a strong chemical order. 1:30am 3/30/24- not the 1st time many other times has this happened -reported to feds this time/ environmental conservation and OSHA. If it stinks this bad and done late in the night- Hmmm. update 8/7/24-After reporting the possible illegal release of caustic smoke-chemicals to Aiken county dehec- the rep said he spoke with the contact in AGY- over lunch, and the rep stated the wind doesn;t blow that direction. (which it does 90%of the time) this response really reaked-almost as bad at trhe smoke, so I of coarse dug more and found out a large number of issues- violations, soil and ground water tests and more....I called the Feds and reported all I found, and what I had domne with dehec. several weeks later the oder mysteriously stopped. I don't know what happened, but if it happens again or anything else, be aware WE ARE WATCHING YOU...

Don't care about anyone with medical issues related to unless covid.. anything else from tho mouth of (Steve big guy that terminates over the phone) Jessica (the nurse) (Emily head hr).. I was out with rsv.. a strand of covid but not covid.. highly contagious.. we only excuse covid 19.. I was in the hospital 2 times in 1 week but that is not excused cause it's not covid 19.. I want everyone to know why they got signs up on the road.. yes they need help.. you won't be there long.. their qualified members are leaving for Bridgestone tires.. what does that say.. gl to all new recruits like I was but your just a dime 👌
