I don’t usually write reviews but Dr. Jennibeth Velez is hands down the best! My tooth extraction was a very smooth and comfortable process. She also has a great personality and genuinely cares about the wellbeing of her patients.I recommend her to everyone!

I don’t know where to start! Such a wonderful team of knowledgeable and experienced staff members. I have severe anxiety, and when I say severe, I must iterate I literally can’t sleep and my body shakes when I have a dental appt. BUT, all that goes away once Dr Robles-Velez walked in. She greets you with a warm hug and says a prayer while holding your hand! Very loving Doctor!! I was in such comfort and great care, that I felt nothing after the sedation and procedure. I was explained exactly what would be performed, how to prep days before, and what the future would entail with the results. Dr Robles and her husband, Dr Velez, are god sent angels from heaven to do what they do in life. Bedside manner is unreal!!! She is by your side the whole time and just brings a happy and zero anxious experience the whole time you are there. Kudos to her team for following those morals she has instilled in her practice!!! Even after the procedure, I received a phone from Dr Robles assistant to check on me and assure I was pain free and healing up. Thanks Advanced oral and facial specialist!! 5 stars is not enough for the excellent service they provide. They very much exceed that rating!

I absolutely love Dr. Robles-Velez. She is so kind, friendly, and caring. Her staff is the absolute best. Everyone treated me nice. One thing I do love about them is you can go in there with so many dental problems and they don't judge you or treat you any different. I highly recommend her. You won't regret it. As for my surgery, WHAT surgery?😁I didn't feel a thing and don't remember it either. All I know is that I woke up and it was over. I'm not in any pain as of now, just a little swelling which is normal. She is the best!!!! Nothing but positive vibes there! They even called to check on me at home. Again, they're the best!!

I recently had to have 2 tooth extractions. My dentist referred me to Dr Robles-Velez. She was awesome! She thoroughly explained the process, and made me feel so comfortable in the midst of an what could have been a painful, anxiety-filled procedure. In fact, I never felt a thing. Her staff was so professional, yet caring. As a nurse myself, I notice all those little things, like cleanliness and professionalism, and I was in and out in a timely manner. I give Dr Velez and her staff an A+. I would highly recommend her for any Endodontic need.

I got my wisdom teeth removed about a month ago, Dr. Robles and her staff are AMAZING. During my initial visit, they explained everything that was going to happen during my procedure and the after-care I would need. Day of surgery, her knowledgeable staff did everything to make me feel comfortable and well taken care of and post-op I remember her explaining everything my dad needed to do to make sure that I would have a speedy recovery. Her office also checks up on you to make sure you’re doing okay after surgery the same day you leave. Working with billing and my insurance was also a very good experience, as there was no run around or multiple voicemails back and forth. 10/10 would recommend and refer everyone to her office.
