They are a ripoff they glue sensor to your door and then charge u to replace them when they fall off and break.(which is gonna happen with glue and any door that gets trafficked.) That’s why they make u sign for 3years not because they have expensive technology not because they have installers come to make sure everything‘s working right and check on your equipment. Not because they actually do more than just call 911 for you. They are over priced for the service provided so they lock you in for ridiculous contract lengths because by the time you realize that their company isn’t worth a dang you’re too late. it should be illegal how they target veterans with vouchers that don’t really vouch for nothing and don’t inform them of the ridiculous terms and contract lengths should be illegal.

Find another company! Camera lasted 6 months an they wanted to charge me for a service call and another camera. Customer no-service is useless. They transfer you around until they get tired of you and then they transfer you to sales to upgrade your system. Don't waste your time with these people. Next time, its a DIY for me.

DO NOT!!! I repeat DO NOT!!! If you can find service with another company, please do so. My camera quit working, a tech was supposed to come out, instead he called. Talked me in circles, I was convinced I was speaking with a robot! Over 2 years of service and no real assistance on my matter. Wanted to charge me to come out and look at the equipment and charge me for a camera that's obviously old! Do not get service with these guys! Go elsewhere, please!

ADT has very bad customer service. They over charge you on your bill I have spoken with several workers even a manager my problem still hasn’t been resolved. This has been going since last year do not get service with this company they are a complete rip off. You will come out better with another security company.

Buyer beware! I have been a customer for seven years and for most of that I did not have a contract. Every time you change your equipment or update it, they put you under a monitoring contract even if you pay for your equipment they do not tell you this at the time. In addition, you cannot transfer your equipment when you move, which I found out after I moved even though I own my equipment. Then they put you under a new System which they tell you is the only one as an option only to find out that your previous system was available. You cannot change it back once you sign your contract they will penalize you with cancellation charges and make you sign a new contract if you try to change your system. Even though you were told it’s not available at the time that you sign your contract. They have continually lied to me over the years and I’ve only found out after the fact. once my contract is up I am done with ADT I also have had continual issues with this new system that they force me to get. They do not tell you with the new system that they merged with Google that it is a pilot system and so it continually has issues and they’re using you to work them out. They rolled out this system, maturely without having it updated or even having the equivalent features of their third-party system. They decided that they wanted to make their own equipment and they’re using us to deal with the aftermath of it. We are also paying the same amount of money for subpar product and service.
