Unfortunately, I observed James in sporting goods/hunting and he was arrogant with customers who did not know potentially as much about products as he might. He laughed at a customer for asking a legitimate question about the product which the customer did not understand. James was equally condescending towards fellow employees. Short of calling the younger associate a direct insult, James used every other manner to make the young worker feel inferior and inept. It made me refrain from purchasing the optics that I intended to buy.

Stopped by for propane refill. They have the ability to refill propane tanks but evidently can’t weigh or measure the amount because they have a flat rate. Better off just exchanging at big box store. They also won’t refill propane if it’s raining because they don’t want to get wet.

Went for a Home AC capacitor.. immediately walking in I was greeted by Joanne. She took me and my husband immediately to the part we were looking for. Thanks for Outstanding customer service
