Triple AAA+Triple F If you wait until this company comes to tow your vehicle to a repair shop, you most likely will be waiting for a looong time. I have been a "Loyal" Triple AAA member for 15 years, and have had terrible service when I needed it. More than once. One time it was four hours waiting in a dangerous situation. The latest "episode" began with a lot of AI generated texts, telling me they would be sending me an update shortly as to when I could expect a tow truck. Three hours later, someone finally called and said no truck was available and to try to find a towing company and submit the bill to Triple AAA. News Flash! There was no other tow truck available. If this is the way Triple AAA treats its "Loyal Premier" members, I can't imagine how they treat the regular members.

Not sure of the type of employees this company hires but judging by the exchange I was given at the intersection on Gordon hwy and Barton chapel on 4-21-2024 around 9:00am on a Sunday, employee was on his phone at a green light for a noticeably amount of time holding up traffic so I gave him a friendly honk to alert him of the green light. In exchange your employee gave me and my family with children the middle finger. He is lucky I couldn’t get his truck number but I know his truck has a gps tracker. I have given the time and date of the occurrence above. Would not care to do business with a company who hires people like this.

They got what I needed taken care of, on my second visit. I “didn’t need an appointment” but the person I needed to talk to wasn’t there when I went the first time. But I didn’t know that because they didn’t answer their phone the three times I called the day before and it took 4 business days to reply to my message. They got the job done, but it doesn’t feel like ease and quality of customer experience was the priority.

Very pleasant, fast service, very clean and smelled nice. If you want a snack, stop by. Friendly and professional workers. Pleasant atmosphere. Don't call for service, go in person you won't regret it.
