It's only good bc location .. . Strictly speaking on convenience. But in GA you have no options and they really abuse that fact. It's so sad here and their movie stations they choose are very inappropriate for the situation. Tone deaf if you will .. 2 hours of waiting and 5-10 minutes interaction at most.. dirty with stains everywhere and plain burnt out nurses. Makes me think it could be the first level of hell tbh. I did not leave there feeling OK and the "counseling" was sub par. You feel worse during the whole thing and the waiting rooms are just raggedy. Not to mention i got charged more for my service by 60$ than what they told me and you would think the 2 minute ultrasound wasn't 200$ so just beware... if you're not 100% decided then don't waste your money here. Everyone that comes here is probably in a bad spot, yet I was told that I only get a partial refund, because somebody "who needs it more than I do" deserves the assistance-- or something to that effect which - was pretty disrespectful. We don't need that energy.

I wouldn't and couldn't experience this I was so young when I found out I was pregnant and chose life I look at him now 29 years later and I thank God I didn't make the same choice that my friends did sure it wasn't easy but I gave him life and that was a sacrifice in its self I made no excuses for myself to feel later the after affects of what I saw years later as my friends and when they had children later on in life they would cry so much when they would look at the children they decided to have when life was more convenient we all have choices I just wish women would raise them not kill them I'm so thankful I chose to let that little heart keep beating remember don't get offended because it's a woman's right to choose isn't that the empowerment in it though you all like to make something go away you don't want to deal with seems selfish to me and definitely lazy and the easy way out make the men pay don't make it easy for them to have an excuse of why you or your blood shouldn't matter besides if you mattered to them you wouldn't be in the situation your in and then they will say but rape and incest yea look at your percents I ain't dense #Rowerowrowyourboat #RowevsWade #JudgementDays #Humanlife #heartbeatsforbabies #letthemlive

The staff isn't trained in how to deal with transgender patients. When I made the appointment, I was worried how the process would be as a trans man so, I clarified I was a transgender man and to please note that I use he/him pronouns. But unfortunately, it was worse than I expected. I was misgendered and deadnamed throughout the entire process despite repeated attempts to reassert I am NOT a she/her, a "lady" or a "miss." Overall, it didn't take that long, I got the medication I needed, and Dr. Broadfax was very nice. However I wouldn't recommend transgender people to come here. Getting an abortion is already difficult, I didn't need the extra dysphoria on top of that.

I had an appointment just for a simple ultrasound. I had to wait over an hour because there was “people ahead of me” when my appointment was before all of them. Absolutely ridiculous! You have all these nurses sitting around doing nothing and they could easily take not even 5 min to do a ultrasound.

Called to make an appointment, they scheduled my girlfriend for 11-23-23 (Thanksgiving) and none of their offices are even open that day even though i asked, they asured me the 23rd was okay to come in. Glad I called ahead before we drove 3 hours for an appointment that doesn't exist. Super irritating and it has sent my girlfriend into a state of uneasiness considering everything is closed for the next 4 days. Everything else was good but now we are kinda screwed so, 2 stars.
