8595 Restaurant & Bar

I have to start this review with the great staff members. They were fantastic thank you Paris, I forget the guys name that was working the bar with Paris, but thank you. Thanks to Nikki, MC (forgot her name, but her mom works days), and Bruno. You all did such a great job accommodating my family and myself. As for the food, everything starting with breakfast up until dinner was amazing. Thank you JP for preparing mouthwatering meals. Food was so good here, my group didn’t have to go outside the hotel to find other dinner options. The decor is beautiful and very relaxing, a perfect setting to enjoy

We got in late and really needed a good breakfast to get the day going, instead we got a GREAT breakfast and couldn’t even ask for anything before being provided it. The anticipation, grace and care was excellent, food hit all the right notes. Our server Nikki and the whole team was fantastic. Views and ambience all on point. Thank you! I had an absolutely wonderful dining experience at 8595 Restaurant and Bar! From the moment we walked in, we felt welcomed and well taken care of. Our server, Kayla, was incredibly attentive, ensuring that we had everything we needed throughout our meal. She was knowledgeable, friendly, and made the evening even more enjoyable. Now, let’s talk about the food—the duck was absolutely amazing! Perfectly cooked, full of flavor, and beautifully presented. It was easily one of the best dishes I’ve had in a long time. To top it all off, the manager, Toi, was a joy to talk to. She made us feel right at home with her warm and welcoming personality. It’s rare to find a place that not only serves incredible food but also offers such outstanding hospitality. I highly recommend 8595 Restaurant and Bar to anyone looking for a top-notch dining experience. We will definitely be back!

I cannot say enough great thongs about our experience at 8595! From the moment we walked in the service was top notch. We had last minute reservation and Toy the manager went above and beyond to accommodate our party. Her attention to detail and hospitality made us feel truly special. Our server Ashley was absolutely amazing. She was attentive, knowledge of the menu ans help us make the best choices from the menu. Every recommendation she made was spot on, and she ensured that our entire dining experience was flawless. The food was incredible and the ambiance was perfect. I highly recommend this restaurant for everyone. They treated everyone with respect from the beginning to the end.

Wow, where to begin? The service was wonderful. Crystal was amazing. She greeted us with the most bubbly spirit and was eager to share the special for the day. The food was immaculate. To be honest, my favorite course of the meal was my appetizer. I was craving okra and they happened to have a crab and okra soup. Omg, it was soo delicious. The cornbread chunks were a little dry, but despite that, it was *chef’s kiss* top tier. Overall, the atmosphere was quiet and intimate, with a nice breeze to compliment the outdoor experience on their porch during hot July evening. We departed the dining area to the rooftop bar for a quick view of the Augusta skyline. The evening summer breeze sealed our dinner beautifully.
